Marketing Your Real Estate on the Web

July 10th, 2007 by Salt Lake City REALTOR®

The Utah real estate market is in full swing for the summer season and marketing your residential real estate online has never been more critical.

Utah real estate research is showing that an increasing number of Utah real estate buyers are turning to the Web for their initial research, both to find a Utah property, and to find a local Utah real estate agent to manage the sale.

My name is David Salazar, and I am your local Utah real estate representative. I know that I am competing against other Utah real estate marketers for your business, and for the sale. That’s why I have included web based marketing to the Utah real estate audience as an important part of my Utah real estate marketing effort. I know without online Utah real estate marketing, your residential real estate, or commercial or investment properties real estate might be overlooked in an otherwise crowded Utah real estate market.

If you are serious about selling your residential real estate, or buying real estate in the Utah market, give me a call. I am working hard to take advantage of every marketing opportunity there is in the Utah real estate market to increase my success, and your satisfaction.

I am looking forward to hearing from you,

Salt Lake City Home Values

The month of June has been an exciting month for real estate in Utah. The U.S. Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight recently ranked Utah first in the nation for home-price appreciation. Provo/Orem, Salt Lake City and the Ogden/Clearfield areas were all ranked in the top five places in the country experiencing the highest appreciation. Compared to Phoenix and Las Vegas, Salt Lake City home value appreciation has consistently seen an increase over the past two years. This can be attributed to the ever-growing popularity of the Utah outdoor lifestyle. Take a short drive from Salt Lake City in any direction and your will near some the best places in the world to conquer your inner “Mountain Man”. Incredible view are included!

I was just in Southern Utah over the Memorial weekend and snapped the above photo in Zions National Park. The hustle and bustle of Salt Lake City can easily be silenced by driving four hours due South, straight into the untamed portions of Utah.
